All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access granted upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Digital Products Access

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase. Access is delivered immediately after payment, and purchases cannot be reversed due to change of mind, lack of usage, or misunderstanding of the product.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact support within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, but this does not qualify for a refund.

Unauthorized Payments

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, you must contact support immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue with the payment provider.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through the payment provider.

• Cancellation stops future billing only
• No refunds are issued for any previous charges or partial billing periods

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is considered a violation of this policy. This may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access to all services
• Permanent restriction from future purchases
