All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access granted upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Youssef Dev provides strictly digital educational content related to programming, software development, and web development. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Digital Access & Delivery

All purchases grant immediate digital access upon payment confirmation. Delivery is considered fulfilled at the moment access is granted. Failure to access content due to user-side issues (device, internet, misunderstanding) does not qualify for compensation.

User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times
• Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, redistributing, or leaking any paid content
• Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the platform
• Users must comply with all applicable laws while using this service

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any user at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect abuse, fraud, policy violation, or harmful activity.

Payments & Subscriptions

Some services may operate on a recurring subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing according to the selected plan.

Cancellation must be done through the payment provider. Cancellation only stops future billing and does not entitle the user to any refund for previous charges.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

No Guarantees

All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding: employment, income, business success, skill improvement, or financial results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Youssef Dev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is considered a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

• Immediately revoke access to all services
• Block future purchases permanently
• Dispute fraudulent claims with supporting evidence

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
